Management | Topical steroids first-line; oral steroids/immunosuppressants/calcineurin inhibitors if severe |
Koebner Phenomenon | Lesion formation at sites of trauma |
Drug-induced LP | Biopsy may show eosinophils |
Differential Diagnosis | Psoriasis |
Complications | Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation |
