Crudo | our crudo is a Japanese yellowtail made up of about 8 pieces, its a lighter more refreshing appetizer and is also a bit more oily and citrusy due to the blood orange and lemon flavor, its topped with arugula and chili |
Salad | our salad is made up of arugula and mizuna salad and is light, refreshing and crisp, it uses our balsamic dressing, hearts of palm, and almonds, it can be an acquired taste due to the hearts of palm which are slightly nuttier and chewy in texture but with all the elements combined, it does provide a great balance of flavors |
Battuta | our battuta is made up of 100% fresh wagu bef (from first light) and is very straightforward, its simply just raw beef, oil, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese |
Ragu | our ragu is very traditional as it follows an authentic recipe dating back to the 1950s, instead of a tomato sauce we use a meat sauce made up of beef and pork (no other ingredients) which is then placed on top of our tagliatelle pasta, it is a very meat forward so if your looking for a more meat heavy pasta then this is a great option |
Cream di Parmigiano | this is our tortellini pasta (more circular in shape) that is stuffed with veal and pork, its extremely rich and dense due to the cream sauce its in which is made up of parm reggiano cheese and cream, if you're looking for a cheesy and creamy dish this is a great option |
Brodo | this is our tortellini pasta (more circular in shape) that is stuffed with veal and pork, its a much lighter dish in comparison to the crema as it uses a veggie, chicken and pork broth base very similar to a soup, this is a great option if youre looking for a more lighter and nutritional dish |
Lasagna | this is our seven layer spinach infused pasta lasagna dish (that's why its green) containing beef, pork, cheese and bechamel |
Amatriciana | this is our tonnarelli noodles (similar to a spaghetti) in our red pomodoro sauce with chili and pork, this dish can be a bit mildly spicy due to the chili flakes |
Caico e pepe
| this is a handmade tonnarelli noodle is a creamy cheese sauce, this is a dish that can be a bit salt forward due to the use of our pecorino cheese but if you like a bit of a saltier and cheesy meatless dish this is a good recommendation, it also has pepper |
Carbonara | this is a handmade tonnarelli noodle in a creamy cheese sauce, unlike the cacio e pepe this uses both type of cheese, peccorrino and parmesean as well as contains pork so if youre looking for a dish that has meat, cheese, cream, all the works, this is a fantastic option |

| this is a handmade tagliatelle noodle (similar to fettuccini) that is very veggie heavy, it uses artichokes, oil and parmesan cheese, if your someone that really likes artichoke and oil this is a great dish, |
Pomodoro | this is a handmade tonnerelli noodle that is very much similar to a classic spaghetti dish, it uses our red sauce with tomatoes imported from siciliy as well as parmesan cheese |
Pomodoro Basilico | this is a handmade Taglioni noodle with yellow sweet tomatoes, basil, oil and garlic, this is a much lighter refreshing dish that has a great balance of flavors that can really remind you of summer |
Arrabbiata | this is a handmade tonnerelli noodle in our pomodoro red sauce with those imported tomatoes, it is a bit on the spicier side so if youre looking for a spicier meatless dish this is a great option as its simply our noodles, red sauce and red chili pepper with cheese |
Vongole | this is a handmade tonnerelli noodle in a white wine clam sauce with fresh clams, great for seafood lovers, it also can be a bit on the lighter side as its simply the noodles, sauce, clams and cheese |
Ravioli | this is a classic ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese soaked in our red sauce, it is different than other ravioli dishes as ours is deisgned to melt in your mouth, its super light and delicate but also extremely delicious |
